Returns
You may return any purchase free of charge within 2 (two) days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all product tags intact, and footwear must be returned with the shoe box and original packaging, which should not be broken or tampered with. The product(s) must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at acctsfootcare@mvdiabetes.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
