We at M V Diabetes Foot Care know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products as early as possible.
  • Depending upon the pin code, the product is delivered within 3-5 workings days after it is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • In case, any pre-paid order is lost in transit then the entire amount will be refunded
  • Provided that the card security checks are complete, payment is received and the stock availability is confirmed.
  • Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.
  • During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
  • The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, and rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
  • If in any case you receive a package which is damaged during transit then please do not accept it.
  • You can return the same and contact us asking for another piece.
  • Please follow the same in case you’ve received an incorrect product and we would appreciate it if you wouldn’t open the packaging.
  • Our courier partner will contact you before delivering the product. In case you are not at the delivery address, three attempts will be made in order to deliver the product. Failing to receive or attend to the calls made will result in your order being returned back to our warehouse.
  • We will try our level best to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
  • Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier or logistics companies usually between 9am – 5pm Monday – Saturday.
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
  • We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
  • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service at the time of delivery or on the day of delivery via e-mail.
  • Goods once sold will not be taken back by the company, if no complaint is reported by the customer within on the day of purchase, no exchange shall be given.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please raise a return request by logging in on our website by selecting the order id on your order history tab or send an email at, mentioning your order id and highlighting your concerns with relevant images and information. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest however this shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.
  • Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon the Company’s shipment to the shipping carrier.
