Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your items. However, if you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or
an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
You may return any purchase free of charge within 2 (two) days from the date of purchase. Items
must be in their original condition with all product tags intact, and footwear must be returned with
the shoe box and original packaging, which should not be broken or tampered with. The product(s)
must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at acctsfootcare@mvdiabetes.in to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or
exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return
or exchange.
Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a
refund or exchange.
Please Note
Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
Footwear is subject to wear and tear. We do not accept returns for products damaged due to use.
